Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. This role involves setting the product vision and strategy, defining features and requirements, and ensuring successful delivery to meet business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities.

Define success metrics and use data to drive product decisions.

Product Planning & Execution
-
Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.

Prioritize features and maintain a balanced product backlog.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful releases.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for all product-related discussions.

Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure alignment across teams and departments.

User Experience & Customer Focus

Advocate for user-centered design and continuous improvement based on feedback.

Analyze user data and feedback to improve product usability and adoption.

Performance Tracking

Monitor product performance and measure outcomes against KPIs.

Identify areas for improvement and propose new initiatives.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–7 years of experience in product management or related role.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills

Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven environments.

Familiarity with UX principles and A/B testing.

Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
